Clubhouse Manager - Gareth Hewett

Gareth has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and has been running our bar and catering teams at Letchworth Golf Club for the last 8 years.  However big or small your need, Gareth will ensure that you have a great time during your visit to Letchworth Golf Club.

Head Chef - Samuel Clarke

Samuel is an accomplished Head Chef and has worked in the hospitality industry for eight years. He has vast experience in providing catering for weddings, corporate events and is a specialist in a la carte dining.  He joined our catering team in 2016 and since then has overseen a vast amount of change and diversity.  Samuel has worked hard to modernise and innovate our traditional menu's, using the finest locally sourced ingredients to ensure an exceptional level of quality and service is continually provided.  

Sous Chef - Louis Carey

Louis joined Letchworth Golf Club in 2019 and has flourished in his role as a sous chef.  With extensive experience in banqueting and weddings, he consistently brings new and exciting ideas to the team.   Louis is a skilled chef with passion, enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail.
